Previously, our main project here is to build a deck. But after we finished building the deck, the client told us that they wanted an outdoor living area – a pergola.

So, we do what they wish! We build a pergola for them to have an outdoor living area.

Small Laundry Renovation in Tighes Hill – Newcastle

Looking at fixing the laundry in your home? We renovated this laundry in Tighes Hill in the Inner City of Newcastle. Read what was involved.

To start with this laundry had a free standing sick and the dryer sitting on the washing machine, which gave no bench space and was very cramped.

We installed a new cabinetry base unit, laminated bench top, s/s sink, chrome mixer, then tiled with large gloss white tiles.

The washing machines water supply and waste hose go through the side of cabinetry and hook up under sink out of site, no ugly taps and hoses on wall.

Now it’s a practical neat and tidy usable space.

Complete Bathroom Renovation at Barralier Ave Woodberry – Maitland Region

This was a surprise at first. The Bathroom job had tiles falling of the wall and saying the bathroom had a dated appearance is an understatement.

There is also a separated toilet and wash area to the bathroom which need to be consolidated.

To do it properly, it all had to go…

So we stripped out all walls and floor and started from scratch.

It now has modern timeless feel.

With traditional hot and cold taps, frame-less shower screen and door, Kira Satin shower head which gives a wide even spray.

Started out as a dated en-suite with limited room.

We put a new smaller 1200mm ceramic top vanity in to give more space for towel rails and laundry basket.

Added a new IXL with a down light over vanity.

Installed a frame-less shower screen and door, new toilet and painted any areas untiled.
