Looking at fixing the laundry in your home? We renovated this laundry in Tighes Hill in the Inner City of Newcastle. Read what was involved.
To start with this laundry had a free standing sick and the dryer sitting on the washing machine, which gave no bench space and was very cramped.
We installed a new cabinetry base unit, laminated bench top, s/s sink, chrome mixer, then tiled with large gloss white tiles.
The washing machines water supply and waste hose go through the side of cabinetry and hook up under sink out of site, no ugly taps and hoses on wall.
Now it’s a practical neat and tidy usable space.
