  I had needed a proper laundry for years; and as well, an update on the family bathroom. Andrew was understanding of what I needed and my limited budget. Rook building provided a design idea to redo my bathroom and laundry (including picking all the taps, bath tub, sink- everything) which I very much appreciated not to have to think about, and everything was included in the price. Andrew provided me with a simple contract which outlined the stages of what to expect and when to expect each stage to be completed. A lovely, functional, easy to use bathroom and laundry was delivered exactly as Andrew said it would be. All up the job took a little over 3 weeks and there were no ‘surprises.  

  I've used Andrew and Rook Building a few times, very happy with the work delivered. Communication about what could be done, what could work better - Andrew knows his stuff and delivers on what he says he will.
