Demo’ed and removed the three existing walls. And then rebuilt it again with new 90mm stud walls on a brick waterproofed course to prevent water penetration.
Then lined the ceiling with fibre cement, insulated walls and lined with Gyprock. The Exterior was cladded with Hardi-plank.
Added timber reveal to existing windows. Re used and installed a new screen door. And made all doors to house key alike.
