This home was a small, re-locatable house with 2 bedrooms. We recently undertook and extension for this little house to give the owners more convenience and space for their growing family.
First, we inspected the bathroom and planed how are we going to make the most of the limited space. After that, is game on, and into the bathroom renovation.
The goal of this extension was to reconfigure the existing bathroom that includes shower/bath, tiling, waterproof, and pc items. Then we remove the existing skirts to allow for a floating floor.
We put a modern en-suite in using wall hung vanity with china top, fix frame less glass shower screen, back to wall toilet, use 600 x 300mm gloss white rectified tiles with grey grout.
Zapt electrical installed in-cased LED down-lights including 4 lights in the existing house and 2 new fans.
The clients were extremely pleased with the result, time frame, and cost.
