This place in Wallsend had a home handyman awning; we removed it and built a full waterproof functional sun-room.
We used Cooldeck for the roof/ceiling.
Coolrock is an all in one product which is composed of roof sheeting, insulation and a gloss aluminium ceiling cover. The best part is you never need to paint it.
We then use the standard 90mm timber stud frame and Gyprock to walls.
