The classic-designed house can be full of charm, however, nothing is charming about a 1930’s bathroom. For this reason, the clients called us to help them with the renovation.
First, we inspected the areas that need urgent renovation. We gutted and then reconfigured the internal walls. Then we install a complete and new modern bathroom, laundry and separate toilet.
Thanks to Zapt Electrical Cardiff for assisting us with all the electrical installation in this house. All the plumbing problems are also solved. We complete new plumber throughout. Thanks for the assistance from the Pro Plumb Wallsend.

Transforming a Dated Mayfield Bathroom
This Mayfield residence initially had an outdated bathroom setup, with a toilet located in the laundry room containing asbestos.
To modernise the space, we embarked on a comprehensive renovation project. By knocking down a wall, we combined the separate areas into one spacious bathroom, seamlessly integrating the laundry and wardrobe spaces.
The bathroom’s new look features glossy white 300mm x 600mm wall tiles in a brick pattern, extending 2 meters high.
Complementing this, we installed sleek grey 300mm x 300mm floor tiles.
Additionally, we incorporated a freestanding bathtub, an in-wall cistern, and a walk-in shower area for easy accessibility.
Through thoughtful design and meticulous execution, we transformed this dated bathroom into a modern, open, inviting space.
