Started by getting rid of all the old parts, walls, tiles, floor etc.
Removed the old shower and fully replaced the old bathtub with a brand-new one.
We added chrome fittings and installed a 1200mm mirrored shaving cabinet. 4 Sides External & Internal Polyurethane Soft Close Hinges.
Glass Shelf, wall-hung vanity 1200mm Slim China Top, Finger Pull gloss white soft close.
1700mm back-to-wall freestanding Left-hand corner bath, 1100mm radial shower screen.
Back to wall rimless toilet, niches with floor tile in the rear to break up white walls 600X600mm porcelain floor tiles, 300X600mm gloss white wall tiles.
10 X rail heated towel rail, twin shower (overhead and handheld). The result is simply stunning.
Maryland Bathroom Renovation and Makeover
After the waterproofing failed to do its job and destroyed the flooring and some joists, this bathroom needed a complete renovation.
We stripped everything out including the floor and installed some new joists and a completely new compressed floor.
We used gloss white rectified white tiles 2.1m high all around and 300 x 300 floor tiles with tile insert wastes.
Walk-in frame-less shower with corner glass shelves and an inset bath.
We then installed a 1200mm wall-hung wall vanity with a China top and shaving cabinet. They all have finger-pull soft closed doors, plus a back-to-wall toilet.
The client was very impressed with the result.

Complete Bathroom Renovation in Maryland
To begin with, this house was very dated and not a good use of the space. The client had some ideas and we went to work.
The design of the place meant this bathroom had 3 sections. Yep! You had to walk into the wash area then through the door to the bathroom and a door to the toilet. So not very practical.
To make good use of the space available, we demolished all the walls and opened it up to one large area.
We then used gloss white rectified white tiles 2.1m high all around and 300 x 300 floor tiles with tile insert wastes.
Then fitted it out with back to wall toilet, where you don’t see a trap or stop cock, nice clean finish with nowhere for the dust to collect.
Wall-hung vanity and recessed shaving cabinet both with finger-pull soft closed doors.
Added a large frameless shower with a door. Large bath and modern chrome mixers and accessories.

Bathroom Ensuite Remodel in Maryland
To begin with, this house was very dated and not a good use of the space. The client had some ideas and we went to work.
We started by stripping the room patching the roof and installing a new ceiling. We made it a walk-in shower.
We waterproofed and laid 600 x 300 floor-to-ceiling tiles and large gloss white wall tiles, and installed a new bath and a fixed panel frameless shower screen.
We fixed up the walls then installed a new toilet, and counter with a bowl-shaped sink on top
The client was very pleased with the result of this renovation.
