This was an old and dated green kitchen before we got our hand s on the job.
We stripped out the old kitchen and renewed most of old wall sheeting. We assembled a flat pack kitchen and installed it.
We also installed a gas stove top in bench and a wall mounted electric oven and tiled the splash-back.
The result is amazing..

This place in Elermore Vale desperately needed a new handrail.
The old style handrail did not meet with Australian standards and was very dangerous – especially for young children.
So we built up an all new handrail for the customer. We finished up with prime coated H3 timbers, which now meets Australian standards and looks so much better.

This place at Nortcott Drv, Kotara was renovated to give the bathroom that ‘wow’ factor.
Initially it had an old run down bathroom with separate toilet and a wardrobe in bedroom.
To fix the space issue, we installed a cavity door to bathroom. The shower space was totally redone with 600x 300mm rectified gloss white wall tiles floor to ceiling. And the floors are 300x300mm grey floor tiles.
Combined with a wall hung double vanity, and a free standing bath it looks fantastic.
The walk in shower area (no hob) was added for easy access. And the client added a toilet with stopcock hidden inside cistern.
The bedroom wardrobe was re-located and the old wardrobe area was combined with the toilet to make an additional en-suite in same style as the main bathroom.

With this place we renovated in Wallsend, the customers required shelter from the elements down the western side of the house.
To get the job done, we built a 12.5m long awning down the side of the house.
The awning was made with powder coated steel beams and posts. Combined with double sided powder coated sheets in a Primrose colour to match fence, the fascia and the gutter.
We matched this together with frosted fibreglass sheets near door and window to allow light into house.

This place in Fern Bay was an add-on room to a mobile home at an retirement village in that area.
Demo’ed and removed the three existing walls. And then rebuilt it again with new 90mm stud walls on a brick waterproofed course to prevent water penetration.
Then lined the ceiling with fibre cement, insulated walls and lined with Gyprock. The Exterior was cladded with Hardi-plank.
Added timber reveal to existing windows. Re used and installed a new screen door. And made all doors to house key alike.
