This Carrington residence had a toilet in the laundry and a very old bathroom with asbestos.

We knocked down a wall and opened it up to 1 large bathroom with a laundry and a wardrobe. The robe has frosted white glass sliding doors.

Later we had to take the floor up to install compressed flooring. At this stage, we lowered the joist to obtain a level floor at doorway.

We then used 300mm x 600mm gloss white wall tile 2m high with a brick pattern on it. And a grey 300mm x 300mm floor tile. We added a shampoo nook (a recessed shelf in wall) in shower with a feature tile

Added a free standing bath and a in wall cistern and a walk in shower area (no hob) for easy access.

This place already had 2 separate rooms a toilet and kitchen, so we removed some walls supported the ceiling. Where we opened the area up to one large kitchen.

We also replaced the rear window with a double door and replaced a window with an old style lead-light window.

We installed all the cupboards. A beautiful Caesarstone bench was installed and a tiled splash-back.

We built a pantry with sliding doors and a recessed area for fridge.
